Types of memory

Computer memory is any physical device capable of storing information temporarily or permanently. 

Following are the different types of memory.

1.Random access memory (RAM)
   –EDO RAM
   –SDRAM
   –DRAM

2.Read-only memory (ROM)
   –PROM
   –EPROM
